The Company:
You’ll be joining a leading advisory firm with a strong reputation in the Irish deals market. The team works across a broad range of transactions including private equity, mid-market M&A, and strategic corporate deals.
This is a fast-paced, high-performance environment where you’ll gain exposure to complex transactions and work directly with senior stakeholders. The firm has a strong pipeline of deals and a collaborative culture that supports progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions
Analyse financial performance, quality of earnings, and key value drivers
Identify risks, opportunities, and key deal considerations
Manage and review work of junior team members
Prepare high-quality client reports and presentations
Work closely with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
Support business development and contribute to winning new mandates
Your Experience:
4–7+ years’ experience in Transaction Services / Deals / Audit (with deal exposure)
Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen
Experience managing teams and leading projects
Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
