Electrical Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to support our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components, panels, and systems.
* Installing and maintaining industrial communication systems and heavy-duty electrical equipment.
* Performing quality testing and inspections.
* Wiring up, gland, terminating pumps, motors, VSDs, circuit boards, and panels, installing new conduits, trays, ladders, and pulling new cables as necessary.
Requirements:
* Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent with a qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Must possess a strong background in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification.
* Experience working with BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy management systems.
* Previous experience working with emergency lighting systems and fire alarms.
