Choose Your Path: Graduate or Apprenticeship
* Graduate Training Contract (ACA/ACCA): For university graduates, join our 3½-year training programme leading to ACA or ACCA qualification. You’ll work full-time as a trainee accountant under an approved training contract, gaining hands-on experience while DM Financial covers your exam tuition, fees, and provides generous study leave. In less than four years, you’ll be a fully qualified accountant with an internationally recognised qualification a coveted credential opening doors in any industry.
* School-Leaver Apprenticeship (ATI or NCI Route): For school leavers, start your accounting career through a paid apprenticeship. We offer two routes: the Accounting Technician Ireland (ATI) two-year programme, or the National College of Ireland’s International Financial Services Associate Apprenticeship. Both pathways let you “earn and learn,” combining practical work with part-time study. You’ll gain a Level 6 qualification and invaluable experience, with the support to later progress to chartered status. This is an ideal route if you’re coming out of secondary school – jump straight into a professional career and qualify as an accountant by your early twenties.
