Incentive Strategy & Execution: * Identify and evaluate opportunities for grant aid, R&D tax credits, and other government or industry incentives. Lead the preparation and submission of financial documentation for claims and applications. Collaborate with technical teams to compile supporting evidence and ensure eligibility. Ensure accurate allocation of costs to qualifying projects and maintain audit-ready records. Provide financial insights and updates to senior leadership on incentive performance and project ROI. * Stay current on legislative changes affecting R&D tax regimes and grant funding. Maintain systems of record for R&D and grant-related financial data. Support internal and external audits related to incentive claims. Level 8 Honors Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Professional Accounting qualification 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally with exposure to R&D tax credits or grant funding. Strong understanding of project accounting and cost tracking. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights
