Night Supervisor
Location: McWilliam Park Hotel, Kilcolman Road
The key purpose of the Night Supervisor is to ensure the safety and operation of the premises at night. The role also involves delivering outstanding customer service and liaising with all other departments to address any issues promptly.
Responsibilities
Attend daily team briefings to receive crucial information for the night, including any outstanding customer care issues.
Conduct periodic fire walks and security walks, ensuring all areas are safe, doors locked, and secured.
Report safety or maintenance issues to relevant stakeholders immediately; notify emergencies in real time and other issues before shift ends.
Accurately set up meeting or function rooms for the following day as required.
Perform deep cleaning of public areas and staff facilities as needed.
Use the correct equipment and chemicals for all assigned tasks.
Assist guests with early check‑outs and late check‑ins in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform night audit.
Be responsible for the night operation of the hotel when the Night Manager is not on duty.
Assist with other ad‑hoc duties, such as cleaning food and beverage outlets or function areas from time to time.
Person Specification
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Food and Beverage experience—distinct advantage.
Strong commercial and business knowledge—advantage.
Resilient and capable of working under pressure—distinct advantage.
