Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised
IT Co-Ordinator
to support the IT team in the day-to-day operation of the IT function.
This role is well-suited for someone with a strong background in IT, who enjoys managing processes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
The ability to carry out low-level technical troubleshooting and provide end-user support will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and track IT service requests and escalations with our Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, change requests, incident reports, asset registers, and software licensing.
Support and track the procurement of IT equipment and software, including vendor liaison, order co-ordination, and asset/license tracking.
Manage software licensing, renewals, and compliance tracking.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes such as account setup, hardware allocation, and return.
Gather feedback from users and identify recurring issues for improvement.
Act as a point of contact for IT-related queries and escalate appropriately internally or with the MSP.
Build and maintain a comprehensive suite of system documentation.
Requirements
Strong foundational IT knowledge.
Previous experience in an IT support and coordination role.
Experience working with or alongside an MSP (advantageous).
Understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and terminology.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Comfortable working with third-party vendors and service providers.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
