Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the cashier operators to ensure excellent customer service standards.
* Open and close the store as scheduled
* Ensure staff dress and appearance meet company policy requirements
* Have a thorough understanding of relevant legislations to perform job duties competently
* Coordinate proper liaison between staff and management
* Deliver exceptional customer care to all visitors
* Support the induction, training, and development of staff members
* Adhere to company rules, policies, and procedures
* Monitor staff timekeeping and attendance
* Attend any required training or development programs
* Embody and promote our brand values
* Place orders as needed
* Perform other duties as directed by management

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position. Strong general leadership and people skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills and a high drive and positive attitude.
Candidate must possess strong customer focus, ability to resolve concerns, personal drive, integrity, and teamwork skills.
