Civils Sales Manager – Ballymena - Salary circa £50 K (depends on experience)

They are now looking for a Civil Manager to lead our Civil Sales team — someone who enjoys building connections, spotting opportunities, and helping both our customers and our business thrive.
The Person -
In this role, you'll be at the heart of how we serve and grow our civil engineering partnerships.
You'll guide a talented team, work closely with clients and contractors, and make sure every project we take on runs smoothly from first conversation to final delivery.
You'll have the freedom to develop new opportunities, shape tender submissions, and strengthen relationships across the industry.
Your technical know-how will help you prepare accurate quotes and proposals, while your leadership will inspire your team to hit goals and keep our standards high.
