We are keeping it simple; we are making it happen, we are striving to improve, we are showing we care.Overview: We are seeking an experienced Materials Engineer - Bitumen & Surface Treatments to join our Technical Team, supporting our Bitumen, Emulsion and Surface Dressing operations across the business. Working closely with the Technical Manager, this role provides technical assurance, materials expertise, and problem-solving across production, site operations, and quality compliance. The position also plays an important role in customer-facing technical support, assisting with pre-contract discussions, technical proposals, and ongoing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineering or science-qualified professional looking to further develop specialist expertise in bituminous materials and surface treatments, while gaining exposure to technical sales support and stakeholder engagement. Experience in Surface Dressing or Emulsion Production would be an advantage but is not essential.
