Quantity Surveyor Job
We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years' experience to join our team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in standard QS software. A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline is essential.
About the Role:
* Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
* Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
* Support the management of variations, change control, and final accounts
* Contribute to monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts
