Join a dynamic team driving the performance of renewable energy and battery storage assets! This role puts you at the forefront of operations and maintenance, ensuring seamless execution of on-site services, optimizing asset performance, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support operational and maintenance activities across multiple sites.
* Serve as the on-site representative during key contractor-led service operations.
* Efficiently manage maintenance contracts to optimize costs and enhance revenue generation.
* Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analyses.
* Define and oversee necessary spare parts for cables and associated accessories.
* Ensure that system design, installation, testing, and documentation comply with regulatory and quality standards.
* Evaluate and verify data provided by contractors.
* Offer technical insights to aid decision-making.
* Supervise and coordinate maintenance-related activities, ensuring compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
* Oversee daily facility operations, established protocols, and asset management systems.
* Serve as the primary technical contact for operational sites.
* While this role does not include direct reports, it requires strong stakeholder management, including engagement with landowners and coordination of contractors and subcontractors on maintenance matters.
