Front of House Administrator We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front of House Administrator to join our clients busy and fast-paced team based in South Dublin. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in an organised environment, and can confidently manage a variety of administrative responsibilities. For You: Salary: €35,000€36,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm Dun Laoghaire location On-site parking Bike to Work 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays A collaborative and friendly team environment On-site canteen Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner Liaise with clients and internal teams on a daily basis Support colleagues across a range of administrative and operational projects Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area Monitor visitor access and uphold office security procedures, including issuing visitor badges and maintaining logbooks Log and track incoming stock deliveries Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying Coordinate domestic and international shipments through various courier providers Track shipments and communicate updates where required Resolve delivery or shipping issues promptly and efficiently Key Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Previous experience in a busy office or customer-facing environment is desirable Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong and professional telephone manner For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Nikki Moloney or call Osborne Recruitment on.
