High-growth fintech company is seeking a Head of Data to lead and scale its data strategy at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll build and lead a high-performing data function spanning engineering, analytics, governance, and data science.AL (Authorised/Approved Leadership) experience would be highly advantageousKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with business objectivesBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing data teamLead data engineering, BI/analytics, governance, and architecture initiativesEstablish robust data governance, quality, and regulatory frameworksPartner with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to embed data-driven decision-makingDrive innovation in AI/ML and advanced analytics to unlock commercial valueOversee data platform modernisation and cloud data architectureWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in a senior data leadership role (Head of Data / Data Director / similar)Strong background in fintech, financial services, or a regulated environmentDemonstrated experience building and scaling data teamsDeep understanding of modern data platforms (cloud-based architecture, data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT)Experience implementing data governance and regulatory compliance frameworksStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive levelAL (Authorised/Approved Leadership) experience would be highly advantageous
