Drive Positive Employee Experience with a Senior Generalist Role
Recruiters are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our client's people strategy and drive positive employee experience in a multi-site environment.
This is a hands-on HR role focused on employee engagement, management support, compliance, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be operating at a Senior Generalist level looking to get to the next step or a new or developing HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Champion employee wellbeing and feedback initiatives.
* Advise and coach managers on HR matters including performance, absence, and conflict resolution.
* Lead investigations and manage employee relations cases with professionalism.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and data protection regulations.
* Oversee probation, performance reviews, and development pathways for staff members.
* Manage workplace incident reporting and liaison with relevant teams.
* Support benefits administration and payroll coordination processes.
* Lead or contribute to HR projects and data analysis reports.
Requirements:
* Solid HR generalist experience in a fast-paced multi-site environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and data protection regulations.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
