Senior Tax Manager Full-time | Ireland | Hybrid options available A rapidly expanding organisation with operations across multiple jurisdictions is hiring a Senior Tax Manager to lead its tax and audit workflows.
This new position reports directly to the Group CFO and involves close interaction with senior leadership.
Youll take ownership of tax strategy, governance, compliance and risk management across the Group, while partnering with finance and operational teams to support strong commercial decision-making.

What Youll Be Responsible For Tax Compliance & Reporting Oversee the preparation and filing of all corporate tax returns across the Group Manage compliance with VAT, payroll-related taxes and other relevant tax regimes Lead tax reporting for statutory accounts, including current and deferred tax computations Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across Ireland, the UK and the EU and assess business impact Serve as the primary contact for external tax advisors Maintain and improve transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance across business units Governance, Controls & Risk Own Group-wide tax policies, formal documentation and internal frameworks Conduct periodic reviews of tax processes and adherence to policy Develop and maintain tax-related risk reporting, integrating it into the Groups overall risk framework Present tax risk updates to senior committees and stakeholders Work closely with senior leaders and external specialists on tax strategy and planning What You Bring Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE Several years of experience in a tax-focused role, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment Strong technical knowledge in corporate tax, VAT, payroll taxes and transfer pricing Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting insights clearly A proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail Comfortable taking ownership while collaborating effectively across teams What We Offer Competitive salary and annual performance bonus Pension contribution scheme Health and wellbeing supports, including an Employee Assistance Programme Opportunities for rapid progression in a growing organisation A friendly, fast-paced, collaborative work environment Ongoing professional training and development Generous annual leave, with increases based on tenure Hybrid working options and modern office facilities Social, wellness and community initiatives Travel and commuting benefits About Us We are a dynamic and fast-growing organisation operating across multiple markets in Ireland and the UK.
