We are seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to play a key role in driving the successful execution of a large-scale SAP transformation programme, alongside a portfolio of ongoing change and enhancement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP delivery expertise with leadership capability, and who enjoys operating across both strategic programme work and hands‑on execution in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Execution
Lead and coordinate SAP functional delivery across projects, enhancements and BAU support
Manage prioritisation, resource allocation and delivery timelines
Drive consistent execution standards, documentation quality and governance adherence
Lead and support the transition to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment across workstreams
Oversee remediation of existing system/process challenges to improve stability
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment
Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams
Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
Support adoption of new S/4HANA capabilities through clear communication and engagement
Governance & Process Ownership
Ensure adherence to delivery governance, including change control and quality assurance
Maintain delivery frameworks, standards and documentation
Ensure structured and controlled execution across transformation activities
Programme Coordination & Continuous Improvement
Support planning and execution of major SAP transformation initiatives
Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis and process optimisationPromote standardisation and simplification across processes
Contribute to building sustainable internal capability and continuous improvement practices
Communication & Change Enablement
Provide clear updates on progress, risks and key decisions
Facilitate workshops, reviews and solution walkthroughs
Support training, change management and user adoption initiatives
Key Skills & Experience
Strong experience leading SAP delivery in complex environments
Proven track record across full lifecycle SAP programmes, including S/4HANA transformations
Deep understanding of SAP functional areas and integrations
Experience managing cross‑functional and multi‑vendor teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of governance, testing and release management processes
Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery
