As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist to join our front-of-house team and be the welcoming face of our office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly experience for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
Updating PropertyCRM
Posting sales listings on &
Assist with general administrative tasks (e.g., filing, photocopying, data entry)
Support sales and lettings teams with document preparation and correspondence
Requirements
Leaving Certificate or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
