We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team in Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
Safety First – Lead by example in health, safety, quality, and environmental performance, ensuring compliance with all Irish regulations and industry best practice.
Team Leadership – Manage and mentor engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Project Execution – Plan, coordinate, and deliver all phases of civil engineering works, from design through to completion.
Financial & Contract Management – Control budgets, allocate resources effectively, administer contracts, and ensure accurate reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement – Develop strong working relationships with clients, utility companies, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
Sustainability & Compliance – Drive environmentally responsible project delivery while ensuring full compliance with permits, licenses, and public works frameworks.
Continuous Improvement – Provide progress updates, identify risks, and champion innovation and efficiency across all projects.
About You
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
Chartered Engineer (or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland or similar).
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within energy, utilities, or large-scale civil infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction legislation, procurement, and public works contracts.
Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage complex stakeholder environments.
Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and commercial awareness.
Full Irish/EU driving license and full working rights in Ireland.
