Job descriptionRole: Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper - Part TimeBusiness: Facility FlooringLocation: Donohill, TipperaryWe work with construction companies, property managers, architects and designers as well as flooring companies and directly with businesses providing them with individual solutions to meet their requirementsThe RolePosting of bank transactionsReconciliation of accountsCoding and inputting of purchase invoicesBalance sheet reconciliationsProcessing of GL journalsReconciliation of creditors and preparation of monthly aged creditors reportsAnalysing receipts and processing petty cash transactionsAssistance in preparation of reports for managementManaging Cashflow, making paymentDealing with admin duties like insurances, plant & machinery purchaseVAT returnsThe PersonMinimum of 5 years experienceExcellent computer skills, strong experience and proficiency in Excel and a good working knowledge of Quickbooks or similar accounting packageConfident to call companies to collect paymentsAttention to detail and accuracyEnthusiastic with a strong work ethicStrong credit control abilitiesSchedulePart time with flexible working hours - but have to be during office opening hours (our office is open Monday-Friday In-office position (hybrid or remote position is not available)20 hours a weekOwn transport is essential due to the location of the workplacePlease apply to this position with your CV.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:Donohill, CO.
