We are building a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) function to enable our company to build products that can withstand regulatory scrutiny, ensuring Integrity continues to meet global regulatory requirements and manage risk. Meta's Integrity GRC is the central engine driving risk management and compliance across the company, supporting Meta and its family of apps.

We seek experienced GRC and Integrity professionals to help safeguard Meta's products and services, which operate on a truly global scale, by upholding existing Content Regulation requirements and meeting emergent compliance obligations. I-GRC's responsibilities include:

1. Enabling the business to achieve its goals at scale and pace;
2. Safeguarding the business against real-world security risks;
3. Addressing regulatory scrutiny faced by the business.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual with expertise in risk management, compliance, and/or integrity functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse global stakeholders. You should thrive in high-pressure situations, adapt quickly to change, and have a strong understanding of integrity subject matter expertise.

Program Manager, Integrity Governance, Risk, and Compliance Responsibilities

* Define project scope and develop, execute, and manage project plans for supported programs.
* Prioritize program goals, understand stakeholder needs, and contribute to decision-making on goals and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
* Support execution of risk and compliance activities, including statutory risk assessments, regulatory requests, controls testing, issue management, audits, governance, data & tooling systems, and transparency reporting.
* Serve as an Integrity subject matter expert and act as a connection point between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and first-line business teams.
* Develop and monitor risk and compliance infrastructure and artifacts, such as risk registers, control frameworks, and transparency report guidelines.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting Meta and translate changes into actionable projects.
* Review key metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain relationships across global teams.
* Establish communication models to share project updates and gather feedback for alignment.
* Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
* Ensure documentation adheres to internal standards and is properly archived.
* Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth.
* Drive impact through collaboration and mutual goal setting across teams.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Create and facilitate presentations for management decision-making.
* Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills.
* Develop strategic plans to enhance the integrity risk management function.
* Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to influence and align priorities.
* Support business travel as needed (up to 10%).


Minimum Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in trust and safety, integrity, content policy, transparency reporting, governance, compliance, or risk management.
* 3+ years of program management experience in a corporate setting.
* Strong communication skills with success influencing diverse audiences, including leadership.
* Experience with integrity, trust and safety, or compliance principles and solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree and/or certification.
* Knowledge of global content regulations and trust and safety best practices.
* 3+ years working in regulated environments with audits against federal or industry standards.
* Experience with risk assessments, transparency reports, regulatory responses, audits, and controls design.
* Experience authoring regulatory reports.
* Strong program management skills in planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and delivering projects with minimal guidance.
