Providing superior customer support is at the heart of this role. As a Product Support Engineer Cloud WAF, you will be the key to resolving complex technical issues and ensuring our end-users receive timely and effective solutions.
This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and document customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Be the focal point for technical issues, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
* Have a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Understand and document customer requirements, manage expectations and provide regular updates.
* Analyse customer feature requests and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in Technical Support, Information Security, QA or a related field. Knowledge of networking protocols, web servers and cloud services is essential.
Proven problem-solving skills and a strong sense of customer commitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
Experience with OWASP top 10, bot mitigation and engineering/computer science is an advantage.
