Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking a Receptionist on behalf of our financial services client based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience while providing administrative support to the wider office team.
The successful candidate will manage enquiries, carry out a range of administrative duties, and ensure all client information is handled securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position in Killarney.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and email enquiries efficiently.
* Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
* Process client documentation and manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adherence to compliance standards.
* Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
* Assist with scanning, filing, and preparing confidential documentation.
* Provide administrative support to advisors and management as required.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries.
* Maintain company brand standards and consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience within financial services is an advantage).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* High level of discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information securely.
* Professional and confident telephone manner.
Salary is open to negotiation based on experience.
