We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.
The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years Head Chef experience within busy restaurants or hotel environments
* Effective communication skills with kitchen staff, management, and customers
* Able to perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team
* Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards
* Flexible with working hours to include mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends
