Shift: Night reception – evening and night shifts; must cover all days of the week, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy night hotel reception role, preferably in a 4‑star hotel.
Knowledge and experience using the Opera system.
Perform nightly audits and support late‑shift duties.
Provide outstanding, exceptional customer service with excellent attention to detail.
Adapt to change and work well under pressure.
Maintain a professional image in line with hotel standards.
Committed to the team and the hospitality industry.
Flexible with working hours; must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes.
