In this role, you will take an active part in raising the professional level of the team - by sharing your knowledge, driving development, and helping us grow stronger together. Roles & Responsibilities
* Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform buying decisions.
* Collaborate with the buying team on product selection and assortment planning.
* Monitor product performance and inventory levels to support future buying strategies.
* Participate in seasonal buying meetings, bringing insights from store visits and customer feedback.
* Travel to Denmark to engage in on-site buying with our Danish colleagues.
* Identify product gaps and work with brand teams to create new styles or repeat successful ones.
* React to slower trading periods by adjusting the product package in-store.
* Assist in setting up window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups under the guidance of the Visual Merchandising team
* Help ensure brand consistency and storytelling across assigned stores
* Support the adaptation of visual concepts to suit local store needs and customer preferences.
Store Collaboration
* Work closely with store teams to maintain visual standards and refresh displays regularly.
* Provide basic guidance on product placement and display techniques.
* Help prepare materials and tools needed for visual merchandising updates
Communication & Teamwork
* Maintain clear communication with store staff and the wider visual and buyer team.
* Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to support campaigns and seasonal promotions.
* Share feedback from stores to help improve visual merchandising strategies.
