About the Role
As a Fitness and Group Exercise Instructor, you will join our Gym Team and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for exercise and group fitness, along with dedication to high personal and professional standards, good communication skills, and relevant qualifications, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain an active and motivational presence on the gym floor, supporting users of varying ages, experience, fitness levels, abilities, and objectives.
* Conduct group exercise classes, planning, choreography, setup, training, and qualification in Les Mills fitness classes.
* Complete daily checklists and ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic gym, studio, and changing room environment.
* Provide first aid as needed.
Additional Duties
You may be assigned additional duties by the Operations Manager on duty, which could include administrative tasks or other responsibilities.
