We are seeking a qualified and highly capable Group Finance Manager to join our international finance team and support a portfolio of UK-based SMEs across the Lucey UK group.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of businesses — including health, technology, ecommerce and digital platforms — all with unique financial needs and growth ambitions.
You will be joining a small team where your work will have real influence and where proactive, independent working is valued and supported.
You will be an integral part of the financial operations across the group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, a high standard of financial control, and well-managed compliance.
Day-to-day, you will oversee month-end and year-end processes, produce meaningful group and entity reporting, manage cash flow and forecasting, and coordinate UK tax requirements — including VAT, payroll and corporation tax — in partnership with external advisers.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our Xero environment, strengthening internal processes, and providing insightful analysis that supports leadership decision-making across multiple businesses.
This position requires someone who is confident working remotely and independently, while also being comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
You should enjoy variety, have a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

As this role supports UK-based entities, proven experience working with UK finance and compliance requirements are essential, and only applicants with full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) will be considered.
You should be confident using Xero, highly proficient in Excel, and able to communicate complex financial information clearly and constructively.
Experience supporting SMEs or start-ups, or working within a group structure across multiple entities, would be advantageous, as would exposure to multi-jurisdictional reporting or experience with data and finance technology tools.
