We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Facilities Manager.

This individual will oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor their training and development.
2. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching to ensure staff meet expectations.
3. Schedule and manage daily activities, establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff as needed.
4. Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and performance.
5. C coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
6. Establish and maintain positive client relationships, resolving any issues that may arise.
7. Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports to ensure efficient resource allocation.
8. Perform facility inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
9. Identify and suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities to improve overall performance.
10. Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
11. Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures to optimize resource utilization.
12. Review price quotes for procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
13. Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices to promote a culture of excellence.
14. Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with our company values.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Facility Management certification preferred.
* Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
* Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
* Advanced math skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
