Lead HR Business Partner Pharmaceuticals & Medical | Dublin (Hybrid)
A leading organisation within the Pharmaceuticals & Medical sector, is seeking a senior HR professional to take on the role of Lead HR Business Partner. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the people agenda during an exciting period of transition, working closely with senior leaders to drive forward progressive HR initiatives. This is a multi-agency assignment.
Role Summary
As Lead HRBP, you will be at the forefront of delivering strategic HR support across the business. This is both a hands‑on and strategic role, combining leadership of a team of developing HRBPs with direct involvement in high‑level people projects. The role is ideal for a commercially minded HR leader who is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding best practice within a regulated environment.

Operating with the rigour of a regulated environment while championing people strategies, their HR function plays a key role in enabling organisational performance. The HR team partners across HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and Operations to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.
This is a permanent role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the business.
* Manage and coach a team of HR Business Partners, building their capability and confidence
* Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver workforce planning, organisational change, and talent strategies
* Act as the senior point of escalation for complex ER matters, including investigations, policy interpretation, and external body engagement
* Lead change management and transformation projects, ensuring HR remains a trusted advisor during periods of transition
* Develop recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives in line with divisional priorities
* Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and industry regulations
* Produce and interpret HR data, reporting on workforce trends and headcount to support decision-making
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and service delivery
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* 4+ years HR experience at senior level with strong ER background
* Proven ability to coach and mentor HR professionals to higher performance
* Experience leading HR within a regulated or complex environment (Pharma/Healthcare)
* Track record of successfully delivering organisational change programmes
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level
* Analytical mindset with confidence in using HR metrics to shape strategy
* Comfortable balancing operational demands with long-term people strategy
What's On Offer
* Salary: €80,000-€85,000
* Permanent contract

How They Work
The role operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week onsite in Dublin city. Flexible arrangements are available, with remote working up to three days per week.
