Role Overview
As Accounts Administrator, you will be instrumental in assisting SHABRA's accounts/ Finance department. You will work closely with the Finance Director and the accounts & Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts Receivable
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Reconciliation
* Manage and Support the accounts team, in Debtors collection and nurturing long-term relationships.
* Manage and support the accounts team, with month/ Quarter/ year end reporting.
* Ensuring that payment allocation is completed daily/ Weekly/ Monthly.
* Maintain accurate records of all accounts/ finance filing
* Monitor and generate invoicing.
* Ensure customer service is followed in line with company expectations and procedures.
* Ensure phone call are taken and support provided to customers, contractors, suppliers and all queries answered.

Pay: €29,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
