Position: 2 X Telesales Executives – Subscriptions and Delegate SalesCompany: Business PostLocation: On-siteReporting To: Corporate Sales Manager/Director of Revenue- ExperiencesRole OverviewThe Business Post, Ireland's leading business media platform, is hiring two energetic and motivatedTelesales Executives.The Subscriptions Telesales Executive will look to drive B2B and B2C subscription sales.The Events Delegate Telesales Executive will drive delegate sales for our events portfolio.These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for ambitious individuals to contribute to revenue growth, engage with a professional audience, and gain key experience within a dynamic sales environment.Key Responsibilities- Telesales Executive: SubscriptionsActively engage with potential and lapsed subscribers via outbound calls to drive digital subscriptions.Effectively articulate the value proposition of Business Post subscriptions, showcasing premium content and subscriber benefits.Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, ensuring clear and measurable pipelines.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing subscribers.Provide regular performance reports and updates to the Corporate Sales Manager.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually improve sales techniques.Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to all communications.Key Responsibilities- Telesales Executive: Delegate SalesConduct outreach to promote attendance at Business Post-hosted events, targeting key business sectors and decision-makers.Work closely with the events and marketing teams to understand event agendas, target audiences, and selling points.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Provide regular performance reports and updates to the Director of Revenue- Experiences.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually improve sales techniques.Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to all communications.Key Requirements· months experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales environment is desirable.· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.· Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective subscribers.· Target-driven and results-focused with strong time-management skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Hubspot.· Proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.· A keen interest in business media, journalism, and events is advantageous.
