Field Service Technician/EngineerMy client, a large manufacturer of bespoke automation solutions is looking to recruit a Field Service Technician/Engineer for the Dublin area.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesInstallation, Maintenance, and Repair: Conduct on-site installation, servicing, and repair of industrial printing and labelling equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.Preventive Maintenance: Execute Preventive Maintenance services on equipment at customer sites, adhering to maintenance schedules and protocols to enhance equipment lifespan and performance.Technical Support: Provide comprehensive telephone support to customers, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering timely solutions to technical problems.Project Assistance: Collaborate with Project Engineers on larger installations, offering technical expertise and support as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
