The Role of a Project Support Administrator is to provide critical assistance to various projects by streamlining processes and managing project records. This 6-month contract is ideal for individuals with experience in IT systems and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Uploading project budgets on Oracle software
* Raising purchase requisitions and following them through to payment
* Managing monthly payments of specific delivery partners through Maximo
* Supporting project records management using computer systems
* Assisting managers with ServiceNow and SharePoint databases for proper governance and reporting
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role with various IT systems including Oracle, Maximo and SharePoint
* A solid understanding of the Procure to Pay Lifecycle
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
