We are seekingan experienced Software Developer to join an established delivery team supporting a large-scale banking transformation programme.The successful candidates will play a key role in the configuration, customisation, and ongoing enhancement of nCino and Salesforce solutions within a regulated financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customise nCino and Salesforce solutions to support end-to-end banking processesDevelop and maintain Salesforce components including flows, workflows, validation rules, and custom objectsSupport the delivery of new features, enhancements, and regulatory-driven changesCollaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, testers, and wider technology teamsEnsure solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and governance frameworksParticipate in code reviews, deployments, and release activitiesProvide support for defect resolution and production issues where required>Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the teamRequired Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Developer or ConfiguratorStrong experience with nCino within a banking or financial services environmentSolid understanding of Salesforce configuration and development capabilitiesExperience working within Agile delivery teamsExposure to regulated environments (banking or financial services strongly preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbout Korn FerryKorn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
