Proficiency in front-end web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is desirable. Skilled in designing and developing Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas apps) to meet business needs. Strong UI/UX design capabilities with a focus on intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering ICT projects from concept to completion. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organisational levels. Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences. Experienced in monitoring and supporting end-to-end business applications to proactively identify and resolve issues. Methodical and structured approach to problem-solving. Quick to learn, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions. Confident influencer with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Adept at developing IT solutions aligned with business requirements and strategic goals.
