We are seeking a skilled Shift Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
The role will involve supporting rotating shift patterns and contributing to the maintenance and reliability of key production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and plant equipment
* Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to optimise uptime
* Support continuous improvement initiatives on process reliability and production efficiency
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity, spare parts usage, and equipment status
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and shift handover procedures
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in mechanical or maintenance discipline
* Proven experience working on shift-based maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex mechanical and/or electrical faults
* Ability to work autonomously and under pressure during shift rotations
* Full clean driving licence preferred
