We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy fast-casual restaurant in Dublin.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with QSR, fast food, or café management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
* Lead, train, and supervise staff
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Manage staff rotas, labour costs, and attendance
* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and waste control
* Ensure food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
* Achieve sales targets and control costs
* Handle customer issues professionally
* Report directly to ownership / head office

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager
* Background in fast food, QSR, café, or restaurant
* Strong leadership and team-management skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of HACCP and Irish food safety standards
* Must have the right to work in Ireland
