We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to manage our stock management and inward and outward logistics. The role involves being a team player and liaising with staff within the company and with our suppliers and customers ensuring everything from supplier orders to customer deliveries runs like clockwork.In this role, you will be in a warehouse environment coordinating with suppliers and customers. Your key responsibilities include:Managing inward movements from suppliers and maintaining precise control over stock levels.Processing Customer orders which will include online ordersProactively ordering parts from suppliers to ensure we never run low.Operating Forklifts and Power Pallet Trucks (PPT) to move goods safely.Picking and dispatching customer orders with speed and accuracy.Assisting Sales in taking incoming calls from our retail sales customers and raising customer sales orders on our CRMAssisting with the operation of production equipment primarily in the production of flexible chimney duct.Key SkillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyHighly motivated.Must be flexible in working in other rolesWork to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise tasks.The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Ability to deal with technical queries and problem solving.Must be able to operate a Forklift experience is preferred but not essentialProficient in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and a willingness to learn new digital systems.Excellent verbal and written English skills.If you are interested in this role and you feel you meet the criteria, please forward your CV to Oriel Flues Ltd.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
