You'll be at the forefront of maintaining mission-critical infrastructure, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for our customers through strategic management and technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead engineers, shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality operational standardsOversee multiple data center availability zones, implementing strategic infrastructure managementDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans that enhance facility efficiency and performanceOperate and manage critical systems including power distribution, generators, cooling infrastructure, and monitoring systemsSupport facility expansion and infrastructure development projectsA Day in the LifeYour day will be a blend of strategic planning, hands‑on technical oversight, and team leadership. You'll navigate dynamic environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain our data center operations.
