Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dealmaker Excellence Specialist to empower our Deal Desk team with expert information and support to effectively serve Enterprise sellers and their customers.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with Operational teams, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy to develop and execute Go-To-Market offers that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This involves coordinating training on Enterprise Go-To-Market products and processes, establishing transparent approval pathways, and maintaining process documentation for seamless team navigation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to communicate changes to go-to-market strategy, processes, and systems that impact deal support, ensuring global teams stay informed and aligned. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations, driving innovation and continuous improvement in quote-to-cash processes. As a trusted first point of contact, you will provide guidance on quote-to-contract processes in CRM, CPQ, and CLM solutions.
You will be responsible for resolving reported issues promptly, building a solid foundation for team success through detailing common issues, solutions, and user guides that encourage self-service and collaboration. Furthermore, you will support system administration activities, including user management, permissions, and configuration updates.
