Position overview
Reporting to the Agile Delivery Manager, the Delivery Enablement Associate will support the Delivery Enablement team across release coordination, process improvement, reporting, and promoting engineering excellence.
This role works closely with R&D teams to assist in planning and coordinating software releases, improving delivery processes, and supporting consistent ways of working across Product, Engineering, and Quality.
It is an ideal early career professional who is passionate about collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the team solve coordination challenges, improve transparency, and contribute to predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Support Release Coordination & Delivery
Assist with monitoring, scheduling, and reporting activities for software releases.
Maintain visibility of release progress, risks, and dependencies.
Support preparation of documentation, planning boards, reports and dashboards.
Demonstrate ownership and follow-through on assigned tasks.
Support Agile Practices & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to evolving Agile and delivery practices across teams.
Help gather team feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Support Agile ceremonies and help ensure consistent ways of working.
Promote a flexible, learning-oriented Agile mindset.
Communication & Collaboration
Build positive working relationships with Product, Engineering, and Quality.
Ensure clear and timely communication between stakeholders.
Support a culture of transparency, openness, and constructive collaboration.
Represent the Delivery Enablement team professionally and positively.
Engineering Excellence & Process Improvements
Assist with tracking sprint goals, process adherence, and delivery metrics.
Contribute to improvements in documentation, reporting, and tools.
Contribute to process reviews and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in initiatives to strengthen delivery quality and predictability.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, Data/Analytics, or another related field).
***** months post-graduate experience in Agile ways of working, delivery coordination, data analysis, or continuous improvement.
Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Ability to analyse information, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
(Not required but beneficial)
Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Power BI.
Understanding of basic software development lifecycle concepts.
Experience in group projects requiring coordination or documentation.
Interest in data, metrics, or reporting.
Experience using collaboration or workflow tools in a project or work environment.
