The Opportunity
The Customer Operations Associate will manage host and guest cases from start to finish, ensuring smooth resolutions and a high standard of service. This role supports the Customer Operations team, working closely with the specialist but focusing on direct issue handling, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Own customer cases from first contact to final resolution, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic communication.
* Liaise with hosts, guests, and internal teams (onboarding, payments, growth) to resolve operational and service-related issues.
* Maintain detailed case records, follow up proactively, and close cases with verified satisfaction.
* Solve complex issues to the Customer Operations Specialist and assist in implementing follow-up actions.
* Support continuous improvement by flagging trends and suggesting process updates.
* Deliver against KPIs such as case resolution time, CSAT, and SLA adherence.
* Able to manage and respond to a high volume of emails and administrative tasks efficiently and within minimal time.
Candidate Profile
* 1–2 years in customer service, case management, or similar support role.
* Strong communicator who can balance empathy with professionalism.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Comfortable working with CRM tools and following structured processes.
* Collaborative, dependable, and eager to contribute to a growing operations team."
* Able to manage customer's queries by emails or calls as required.
