Your Job
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
* Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
* Model excellence and efficiency as demonstrated by the Head Chef.
* Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
* Support kitchen staff in observing proper hygiene during food preparation and storage.
What You'll Need
* Experience in hotels or a similar role.
* Passion for and genuine interest in food.
* A mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members.
* Team player with ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
