We are now accepting applications for Social Care Workers in Piltown, Co. Kilkenny, to join this dedicated residential care team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable young people during a crucial stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in:
1. Providing high-quality, person-centred care within a residential setting
2. Ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment
3. Promoting the emotional, social, and developmental needs of young people
4. Supporting young people as they adapt to their new environment and work toward independence
5. Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
6. A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent
7. A full, clean, manual driver's licence valid in Ireland
8. Knowledge of the Irish National Standards for Children's Residential Centres
