Paid Search Manager
. This is an opportunity for a performance-driven digital marketer to take ownership of paid search strategy and day-to-day campaign optimisation across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through data-led experimentation, automation, and daily optimisation within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
This position will suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end and delivering measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and App platforms to achieve CAC, ROAS, and CLV targets
* Execute hands-on keyword builds, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
* Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates, reduce CPA, and increase revenue impact
* Maintain accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Build dashboards and performance reports in Looker Studio or similar tools
* Partner with Product, Data, and CRM teams to connect acquisition performance with retention and reactivation
* Identify automation opportunities and implement scripts or smart bidding to scale efficiently
* Manage campaign pacing, forecasting, and monthly budget reconciliation
Requirements:
* 4–6 years' hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Proven track record in daily campaign optimisation, performance reporting, and conversion tracking
* Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and drawing commercial insights
* Experience working in a small to mid-sized agency or in-house team where you owned full campaign delivery
* Advanced working knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
* Google Ads Search and Microsoft Advertising certifications preferred
Desirable:
* Experience with cross-border or multi-market campaigns
* Exposure to app marketing, Performance Max, or dynamic creative optimisation
* Familiarity with eCommerce, fintech, or high-growth consumer technology environments
