Location: Newry Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 1-Hour Lunch | No Weekends Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (High Potential for Extension or Permanency Based on Performance) Salary: Up to £35,000 + Exceptional Benefits + Career Development Opportunities What You'll Be Doing Manage and monitor the ordering and scheduling of materials to ensure consistent supply and alignment with customer demand. Track and confirm that all inbound deliveries arrive on time, in the correct quantity, and using appropriate packaging or containers. Review and validate supplier schedules to ensure they meet internal demand forecasts and coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent supply levels. Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and invoice mismatches in a timely manner. Support inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels across the facility. Assist with scheduling of shipments and onward distribution of materials where required. Contribute to ongoing business transformation efforts, including support with data reporting, systems upgrades, and process reviews. Manage reusable packaging (stillages), ensuring accurate tracking and returns. Create and maintain accurate master data for materials and suppliers within the SAP S4/Hana platform. What You'll Need to Succeed Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a material planning, inventory coordination, or supply chain support role. Strong supplier relationship management skills and confidence in communicating across departments. Experience with MRP/ERP systems - SAP S4/Hana knowledge would be a major plus. High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
