We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced sales team. mission to redefine what great IT consultancy looks like, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, creating opportunities, building relationships, and sparking meaningful conversations with prospective clients across diverse industries.

What You’ll Work On
 * Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients across target industries using a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
 * Understand each prospect’s business challenges and showcase how the client can deliver solutions that drive measurable success.
 * Collaborate with our Business Development Managers to create high-quality sales opportunities that contribute directly to our growth.
 * Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted first point of contact in the company.
 * Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms to manage pipelines and track engagement.
 * Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your understanding of value proposition and IT service portfolio.
 * Participate in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and delivery teams to ensure our outreach is impactful and aligned.
 * Master the art of consultative selling, handling objections with empathy, insight, and professionalism.

 * A self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, ambitious team environment.
 * Resilience and adaptability, you’re comfortable with rejection, learn from feedback, and keep pushing forward.
 * Previous experience in sales development, IT consulting, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
Bonus Points If You Have
 * Experience working in a fast-growing consultancy or tech scale-up.
 * Familiarity with IT services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
 * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 * Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator) and prospecting platforms like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
 * A background in business, marketing, or a technology-related field.
