The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic
Business Development Manager
to join our team in Ireland. This is a critical, client-facing role for someone who is passionate about technology, well-networked within the Irish business community, and motivated to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling
IT/Software services
in Ireland, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to represent Capaciteam as a trusted technology partner at industry and networking events.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow revenue from IT and software services in the Irish market.
* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders across multiple industries.
* Represent Capaciteam at industry conferences, networking events, and client forums to promote the company brand and expand reach.
* Collaborate closely with the CTO, Head of Technical Delivery, and CRO to align client needs with Capaciteam's technology and delivery capabilities.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in IT, software, and AI to position Capaciteam as a thought leader.
* Contribute to marketing and brand-building initiatives, ensuring Capaciteam has a strong presence in the Irish technology ecosystem.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of business development or sales experience in
IT/Software services
.
* Established professional network within the Irish market, with the ability to leverage connections for business growth.
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence representing the company in public forums.
* Passion for technology, with a particular interest in
AI and emerging tech solutions
.
* Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-driven individual.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
