HEAD CHEF
Excel is looking for a talented head chef to join our staff. We offer both flexibility and competitive pay with an opportunity for experience in sites throughout Dublin.
Responsibilities of the Head Chef:
1. Manage all kitchen staff and SOPs in an organised manner
2. Follow HACCP standards
3. Prepare and plate various types of dishes and desserts
4. Assist with menu modifications when required
5. Manage purchasing, stock levels, wastage and food costings
Requirements for this position:
6. At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Head Chef
7. Strong communication skills and ability to lead
8. Must have a Manual Handling and HACCP certs (or willing to do training)
9. Experience in various cuisines
10. Irish work permit or EU passport
11. Ability to drive is preferred
