MCS Group is delighted to partner with an award-winning organisation as they look to add an HR Officer to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity.
The role:
As the HR Officer, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner and the Operations Team to deliver a full spectrum of HR services that support business goals and drive operational excellence.
The main responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive HR support including recruitment, induction, probation, offboarding, payroll queries, and employee data management.
* Support line managers with performance management, absence issues, engagement, and problem resolution.
* Liaise with external agencies on recruitment needs and processes.
* Coordinate employer branding activities and community engagement initiatives.
* Lead employee relations matters such as investigations and disciplinary meetings.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and employment legislation.
* Partner with the HRBP to deliver employee engagement frameworks and foster a high-performance culture.
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Extensive experience leading employee relations issues.
* Strong practical knowledge of Irish employment legislation is essential, with proven experience applying it in a workplace setting.
* CIPD Qualified.
